This License Agreement outlines the terms under which IronWAN systems, software configurations, and associated documentation are provided. By purchasing, installing, or using any IronWAN-configured product, you agree to the terms detailed below. These terms are applicable to all deployments unless superseded by a separate written agreement.

• Configuration Ownership: IronWAN grants the end-user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use provided configuration files and documentation solely with the system they were delivered on.
• Customization: All customized configurations are provided for operational use only. Resale, redistribution, or replication outside of the original system is prohibited without written approval.
• Third-Party Software: Any third-party software included with the system is subject to its own end-user license agreements. IronWAN does not modify or override those terms.

• Reverse engineering, unauthorized duplication, or redistribution of IronWAN intellectual property is prohibited.
• Use of IronWAN configurations on non-IronWAN systems is not permitted.
• Use of any software or configuration for malicious or non-compliant activity is strictly forbidden.

• IronWAN provides configuration and documentation “as is” with no guarantee of uninterrupted service or future compatibility unless stated in a service-level agreement (SLA).
• IronWAN is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, alteration, or deployment outside of documented parameters.
• All warranties related to hardware are covered separately under IronWAN's Standard Terms & Warranty policy.
