IronWAN Standard Terms & Warranty

All IronWAN systems are covered by our standard warranty and terms of sale. We stand behind the reliability and quality of every solution we deliver—assembled, configured, and tested in the United States using approved components from trusted vendors.

This page outlines our default warranty period, coverage terms, and service expectations. Custom contracts, extended warranties, and SLAs are also available by request.

Standard Hardware Warranty

  • Warranty Length: 3 years from date of shipment unless otherwise specified in quote or contract
  • Coverage: Hardware failure due to normal use, excluding damage from misuse, abuse, power events, or physical alteration
  • Remedy: Repair, replace, or issue credit at IronWAN’s discretion

Support & Returns

  • Technical Support: Available from U.S.-based engineers via email and phone
  • Advance Replacement: May be available for critical systems with service contracts
  • Return Authorization: All returns require prior approval and an RMA number

Terms of Sale

  • Payment Terms: Net 30 available with approved credit; otherwise prepaid
  • Lead Times: Typically 7–10 business days for configured systems
  • Shipping: FOB Origin unless otherwise stated; customer responsible for freight

Optional Coverage

  • Extended Warranty: Available in 1-year and 2-year increments
  • Onsite Service: May be added as part of a remote/onsite service contract
  • Hot Spares & Failover Units: Available for mission-critical deployments
